Simon Lauenstein brings over 30 years of experience in architecture and property development. His career spans a wide range of projects, including art galleries, educational institutions, sporting facilities, and extensive residential developments—from multi-residential apartments and master-planned communities to luxury homes, townhouses, land subdivisions, and associated amenities such as parklands and sales suites.

He is experienced across all stages of the design process—from Concept Design through to Construction Documentation—and has overseen numerous projects during Construction Administration.
